Look no further! If you need a great realtor, he's the one! I live out of state, and had no references or connections in the Sioux City area. I needed to sell a family member's home there. I found Joe through reviews. All 5 Stars! The house was small with a low dollar value. Still, Joe took all the time in the world to make me feel like my property sale was his most important sale. After years in the business, he offered great advice, has great connections, and was so helpful. His assistance helped me not need to fly back and forth to IA. He took care of everything in a most professional (and friendly) manner. I highly recommend him!

As a first-time homebuyer, I did not know anything about the process of purchasing a house. Joe was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions I had. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Joe is the best realtor ever. He will work relentlessly to find you the perfect home for you. He showed me over 20. When it was time to sell He was diligent about what I should do to prepare for selling my house for top dollar. He follows up and even goes above and beyond shoveling my driveway while it was for sale when I was gone. Go with Joe. You won't regret it.

We have bought and sold many houses in different cities over the years and Joe is by far the best realtor we have worked with. He is personally on top of any questions we ask and is proactive about finding resources we need as part of the purchase phase process. Joe has to be the best Realtor in town. We bought a house, and he sold 2 houses for my family after that. I had grown accustomed to not having the best of the best, Joe erased that feeling for me by exceeding every expectation I had and made the process understandable and easy.
